I came to The Fusion Physio on the recommendation of a friend. I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain for years. Not only did Jess solve my pain in ONE session, but she made a connection with me in a very profound way. I know that Jess seeks to keep people like me active and engaged in their lives, in whatever way that means for me. I have continued to see Jess for other pains caused by my constant activity, and every issue improves after a session! But, the best thing about Jess also wants to take care of YOU. Her physical therapy often comes with a side of good advice, or, even better, helping you problem solve the situation and decide what you'd like to do about whatever is on your mind that day. I came to Fusion Physio with knee pain and tightness that was relatively new to me. I work out regularly and my profession is somewhat  physical. Jessica was great! She listened to my concerns and thoroughly assessed what the cause could be. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate. She has created a very comforting environment and takes her time to really listen to what issues you are having and the results you are hoping for. After just one session that included cupping and dry needling (it’s really not scary or painful) I felt amazing! I am one of those people that tends to wait things out “oh I’ll give it one more week” and next thing you know it’s a month later and there is no change. I did not realize the degree of my discomfort and how it was affecting my attitude, my job performance, or my workouts until I felt better. Jessica is professional, patient and understanding. She truly cares about you and what your needs are.  Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed after having my second baby to get back in shape and sustain in my everyday life.  After working with her I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued encouragement I will continue to see  results and reach my goal. Highly recommend!! I first started seeing Jessica because of shoulder back and neck pain and she has helped so much. I have seen a ton of massage and physical therapist but they never seemed to bring lasting change. After just a few sessions with Jessica I can honestly say that she has brought lasting change. Jessica really takes the time to understand what your problems are and attacks them head on. My favorite thing about seeing her is that she provides really educated explanations to everything going on with your body and everything she does to improve it. I first met Jess when she started practicing in Ohio. I have followed her from her first PT office to now. She truly is the best!  I have suffered from cervicogenic headaches for several years along with chronic arm and shoulder pain due to working in the dental field. I have suffered with chronic lower back pain, and have struggled for years to find a therapist that could provide any kind of relief. Feeling frustrated and discouraged that there was no hope, surgery seemed to be the next inevitable (unwanted) step. One visit to Fusion Physio provided improved gains that I never experienced from previous providers. Through Jessica’s wellness methods, approaches and extensive knowledge, I experienced increased quality in range of motion, mobility and flexibility - after one session! Her therapy allowed me to complete even the simplest tasks that once created discomfort, such as tying shoes, and the ability to sit for a lengthy trip - pain free!

The best outcome of all, was being able to return to life as normal, without resorting to compensation tactics to complete tasks, or choosing the route of avoidance as a pain solution. Fusion Physio changed my entire outlook on therapy and restored my hope and confidence in not only healing my injury, but also the hope of returning more vigorous activities. I will be making repeat visits, as I continue on my wellness journey of healing and recovery. I have worked with Jess over the past 2 years to treat two separate injures.  Jess is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. She does a great job explaining to me what is going on with my condition and being incredibly informative.Jess is enjoyable to spend time with, really professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had persistent pain inside my shoulder for about 6 months before I finally went to see Jess about it, and during the first session she found the spot that was causing my issues. My discomfort was eased within the first few sessions, and she was able to help with other tight spots to increase my overall range of motion and mobility. I’ve struggled with back problems the majority of my life. I work with animals on a farm and spent a lot of time lifting hay bales & 5 gallon water buckets, mucking stalls, getting tossed around on horse back, etc… On top of that, I enjoyed power lifting for a few years. I constantly injured my back repeating the same mistakes over and over again. I would end up going to the doctor getting pain meds and ignoring the pain cause I just wanted to keep going. I got pregnant in 2021 and long story short, my back problems got worse. I couldn’t rock my baby to sleep or stand very long, pick up the car seat carrier, I just kept adjusting what I needed to instead of trying to fix the problem. In August 2022 during a move I injured my back and realized I needed to get to the bottom of this issue and fix the problem instead of covering it up with medication. My body kept telling me to stop and I wouldn’t listen until I had no choice. I started looking around to find a physical therapist and in talking to my mom, she told me about a woman she works with who is a physical therapist. Jessica changed my life for the better. In just 5 months I am feeling so good! I have gotten stronger and I’m able to do the things I love and enjoy with no pain! That includes picking my 1 year old up, riding horses, weight lifting, yoga, etc… I’m putting in the work to get better everyday and with Jessica’s help and direction I am feeling motivated and able to stay consistent. After many years (15+) of dealing with chronic back pain, multiple visits to surgeons and specialists, 3 Pain Management Dr's, (who gave me steroid injections), several chiropractors, 7 different Physical Therapists and various medications, I was ready to accept that I would have to deal with constant pain for the rest of my life.

Luckily, I found Jessica who immediately set herself apart from every other PT I had seen. Instead of a 5 minute evaluation and a list of exercises to do at home, Jessica reviewed my medical history and conducted a more complete evaluation than many of the Doctors and PT's I had seen in the past.

When I first began seeing her, I had extremely limited range of motion, numbness in my lower extremities, and I was barely able to do something as simple as bending over to pick up a newspaper without feeling immediate pain. Simply put my quality of life sucked. Fast forward many years later and I can honestly say that my pain is no longer constant, my range of motion is vastly improved and I have my quality of life back!

She is a great listener and her responses to your questions show she is truly invested in improving your situation.
She is never tied to a single treatment method and changes her approach depending on how you feel that day.
